How to choose an AI provider

When comparing vendors, check:

  • Whether they have working deployments in your industry and use case
  • Model performance on your own data, not only public benchmarks
  • Data privacy, security certifications and where data is processed
  • Integration with your existing systems and cloud provider
  • Deployment options: public API, private cloud or on-premises
  • Governance and compliance features such as audit logs and access controls
  • Support, training and implementation help
